Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Yes, please call Teresa at (916) 956-1234 for an appointment. We have flexible appointment times available to fit your schedule. We are also available to come to you, your party or special event.

Q: Where is your studio located?
A: We are in East Roseville, near E. Roseville Parkway and Sunrise. It is a private studio so please call for an appointment and directions.

Q: May I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes! We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Q: Can you come to my child's preschool?
A: Absolutely! We offer special discounts for groups of five or more and would be happy to come to your organization, party destination, or home.

Q: At what age is it safe to have my child's impressions taken?
A: Impressions can be taken as early as one week old.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Taking the impressions takes just a few minutes but I would allow about 15 - 30 minutes for larger orders.

Q: When do I get the finished product back?
A: It takes about four weeks to have the plate hand engraved, glazed, and fired in a commercial ceramic kiln. We will give you a call when it is ready for pick up.

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Absolutely! We can ship anywhere within the United States for just $6.95.

Q: Can I get my pet's paw prints done?
A: Absolutely! We are very pet friendly.
